The 11th EU Prospectus Conference is now a virtual event for 2020

Taking place just over one year after the Prospectus Regulation came into full effect on July 21, 2019, this unique and longstanding event presents participants with an assessment of the key challenges faced by both the regulatory authorities and market participants over the past year under the new regime.

Major developments impacting the primary debt capital markets, including Brexit, benchmark reform and the move towards sustainable financing, will feature significantly. Furthermore, this event will provide an opportunity to evaluate the short-term and long-term impacts of Covid-19.

In light of existing travel restrictions and lockdown measures, this virtual event will continue to bring together many of Europe’s most important regulatory authorities with issuers, investors and the leading legal experts for interactive panel discussions and networking as it has done for the past 10 years.
