Corporate Sustainability Forum 2021

September 29-30, virtual event | BST (British Summer Time)

ABOUT THIS EVENT

The only event examining the legal risk in the rise of environmental, social and governance issues.

International Financial Law Review is excited to announce the launch of the IFLR Corporate Sustainability Forum. Taking place virtually on September 29-30, this forum will bring together in-house counsel from across a range of industries to discuss current sustainability regulatory requirements and risks from a strictly legal perspective.

The rise of ‘ESG’ over the last few years has presented new challenges for every business. With pressures coming from investors, consumers and regulatory bodies, the push for businesses to demonstrate and improve their approach to environmental, sustainability and governance issues will only increase. As well as assessing the legal risks ESG poses, in-house teams have had to grapple with a wave of regulation, including the non-financial reporting directive (NFRD) and the EU Taxonomy Regulation.

This forum will provide an insight into what these new rules mean for your business, as well as advice from industry peers on effective compliance.
